Note these:

• This is a standard residential apartment, so please respect the rules of order, including silence from 10 p.m. The landlady is responsible for the disturbances caused by the guests to the neighbors and is entitled to evict the guests who cause noise if necessary.
• Please respect the siesta time from 15:00 to 18:00, when the locals rest.
• The apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility because it is located at street level.
• The apartment is non-smoking.
• Please bring your own beach towels.

Exchange date and key collection

• Exchange day is Saturday.
• Check-in at 15:00 and handover by 11:00.
• The landlady Johanna Litmo lives above the apartment, so you can arrange the handover of the keys with Johanna according to your arrival time.
• When leaving, the keys are left with the landlady.
