  • Hotel breakfast at the reception for €14/adult, children at half price.
  • Sled rental €5/day

This is how you travel to the destination

  • Exchange day is Saturday in spring (weeks 1-17) and from then on Friday (half weeks Fri-Mon and Mon-Fri). Check-in at 4 pm and handover at 11 am. Keys and company tickets from the reception of Hotel Levi Panorama. Change dates and length of reservation may differ from normal, for example around public holidays - check the dates on the reservation form.
  • The nearest train station is located in Kolar (82 km), a bus connection to Levi from the station. Several trains running to Rovaniemi (169 km) have a bus connection to Levi.
  • Flights to Kittilä (16 km) are offered by Finnair. Airport shuttle www.tunturilinjat.fi 
  • Levi Panorama Chalets can be accessed from Levi Express Gondola.
  • The apartment key gives access to the garage (15 spaces). The electric car can be charged in the garage (you can get a charging permit card when picking up the keys). In addition, there are places with heating poles for the residents in the hotel yard. If necessary, information at the reception.

Memo list for the holidays

Before the holidays
  • In spring, the changeover day is Saturday in weeks 1-17 and from then on Friday (half weeks Fri-Mon and Mon-Fri). Around public holidays, Exchange Day can be a different day of the week. Check-in at 16:00 and handover at 11:00. Check the dates on your booking confirmation.
  • Inform the number of guests on the reservation form. (bed linen available depending on the number of guests)
  • Please leave your pets at home during the holiday (except apartments 1302, 1305 & 1608).
On holiday
  • Take advantage of corporate tickets.
  • You can charge an electric car in the garage downstairs.
  • You can put your own lock on the door of the ski storage room or ask reception to borrow a lock. (If the door already has a lock, ask the reception for a key.)
  • The downstairs gym is managed by the building society. The table tennis rackets and balls are not part of the equipment of the housing company or the Rautuki Foundation, everyone plays with their own rackets and balls.
  • Share your holiday vibes on Instagram #rautuki and on Facebook on the rautuki foundation's website.
After the holiday
  • Before you leave, put the trash in the trash can. Also take the groceries you bought.
  • Help us to develop by answering the feedback survey, which you will receive by e-mail within a week after the end of the holiday.
  • Discuss and give tips to the following vacationers on social media.

At Levi you create memorable moments with a wide range of activities. In winter, there is skiing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in the beautiful snowy nature. In the summer, you can experience golfing in the fell landscape and go hiking or kayaking in silence. You will also find delicious food alongside the activities.
